For being Rechabs first clients we believe he did a wonderful job. Rechab would keep us informed of all the necessary documents that had to be signed, and letting us know of all the inspections outcome was. We would recommend Rechab Dowding to anyone who is looking for a wonderful realtor.

Rechab did an excellent job communicating between buyer and seller and ensuring a smooth process throughout the transaction. A few issues came up and were resolved in a timely manner. Overall it was a smooth experience — the property sold on time with good negotiations to ensure a fair deal for everyone.

Rechab was great to work with, he understood our goal was to make a decision on how we wanted to go forward and was willing to help us even though we ultimately chose not to purchase anything at this time. I 100% recommend him!
